Zoren Gold & Minori's 'Object that Dreams'
Interview and exhibition opening in Berlin
Zoren Gold & Minori push the boundaries of classical photography with their spellbinding imagery. The Tokyo-based duo’s work begins with surrealistic photographs, which they then expand upon and remake by using modern composition and digital editing techniques. dgv has published their first monograph, Object that Dreams, a kaleidoscope of surreal scenarios that evolve from their skilful combination of photography with illustration, collage, graphic design and installation.
To celebrate the release of the book, VIAUX Gallery in Berlin presents their cheerfully bizarre work for the first time.
dgv visited the gallery to meet the artists in action preparing their first solo exhibition. You’ll see the artists putting up the show, talk about their collaboration and the making of the book and exhibition as well as a view of the opening.
